heehee… actually I wasn’t really watching Oprah…. that was a thinnly veiled Letterman reference.
aah.. i was vaguely reminded of my unemployment moments. *sigh*
it was also an unemployment comment. Letterman was campaigning to be on Oprah and kept a log of the process which was mostly her not returning his phonecalls and letters and such. Eventually he started writing: “I’m losing hope” and “Maybe Oprah doesn’t want me” and stuff like that. So I was just be sarcastic about not hearing from people about jobs.
