on guys and dolls

Happy Friday the 13th!

anukul rented the Godfather and we watched it last night. This prompted sui66iy to suggest that I give my version of Millie the Model something of a 40’s gangster appeal. I was actually planning on showing a dark and crime infested world of modeling anyway, but I wanted to modernize it a bit. Im currently on page 4 of my script. This is something to think about, though.

Its Friday, my take it easy day, comparatively… so there’s been no working out, and I haven’t really done much at home either. Worked on this script, watched my soap opera, and installed a new light in the attic. Ok, I guess that’s pretty productive after all. Score!

Got official notice that my health insurance from the Wayne’s World gig is being cancelled today. Go figure. Technically I could pay for COBRA coverage… but that’s like you know… for people with money who can afford such luxuries… Poor people like me simply opt for the not getting sick option.

It’s Friday, its almost Happy Hour! Woohoo! lets go get some beer… I hope to see people at Silky’s… Later…

Steph made a similar comment, but you see, I am at least loosely trying to follow the Millie the Model mythos so as to have that snowballs chance in hell of having Marvel publish it and making mad ends… its all about the Benjamins, you see…

maybe… I dunno, CMU is actually a lot cooler than Pitt in many aspects like that. Anyway, I’d still have to pay for it, and I’m still poor. I could actually just buy COBRA if it wasn’t for that. Also, Steph plans on leaving Pitt in like 2 or 3 months so it would be pretty temporary. But I’d hope to have something before then anyway… and yadda yadda yadda, I’m just babbling now…

the point is, I still think the best option is to never be sick again…
