so, I finally get around to properly mounting the stereo in the Vagabond, and I end up breaking my hazard light switch, so now the hazard lights are stuck on, unless I pull the fuse out (which I have currently done to save my battery), but when I do that, my turn signals also don’t work. It’s looking like the only way I can fix the problem is to replace the whole turn signal attachment (not just the hazard button) and that part alone looks to be about $250 + labor… And I need to do it before Tuesday so I can drive the million miles to Johnstown for my interview there, and everything is obviously closed today because its Sunday, so I can’t even make an appointment for Monday. Worse, I’m supposed to be here at home on Monday to receive a Fed Ex package of stuff about the company I am interviewing with on Tuesday. Plus, I don’t really have a couple hundred bucks laying around anyway… sigh… someone just kill me…
om
Hand signals.
eh… I suppose I could, but i don’t trust people to know them… sigh…
You can get by without turn signals. People will just think you’re from Pittsburgh.
I suppose…. sigh… I guess I could just be confident in me being the bigger vehicle and people just getting out of the fucking way… but Johnstown is a long ass drive…
I would go with either a) use of hand signals or b) a Generous Friend driving you to your interview. This way you won’t run the risk of the cops writing you up and also you won’t have to get your car fixed by the deadline. Possibly, your interview has already occurred and this is irrelevant, but good luck!
