Hmmmm don’t hate me for this but I’ve found it’s a little bit dull.
As the colour of the caterpillar is not really stand out from the Green surrounding. Also the blockage of the top leaf distracting a little bit. With a closer crop or zoom would i’m prove this shot.
Also in day light, do not scare to use fill in flash. It won’t be harsh looking like in the night time.

Too much uninteresting stuff around the caterpillar, IMO. I’d like to see the bug on a leaf or stem, not blocked by anything else.
Cool color. I like the shade of green on the leaf, which really is what caught my eye as opposed to the caterpillar.

I agree with Flying Photog’s crop, as well as suggest that if you crop it there you should fix the WB for the catepillar.
(Or use the LAB Color curve I just sent you ;-`)
