Day 89 of 365 days.
When I started this project I never envisioned how popular it would become. I figured maybe I’d have like 5 other people doing it and maybe 10-15 friends who were paying attention to my narcissism. I never thought for a moment that I’d have a group of over 1000 people world wide. I’ve met some very nice people online through the project and I’ve met one person in real life. Steph and I hung out for the second time tonight with the lovely and talented Sassyshannon999 whom I met through this project. She’s a quite delightful girl and we had a nice time sharing a bottle of wine that she brought with her. Hopefully we’ll all have a chance to hang out again some time soon.

yeah! i’m so glad that you and shannon have become friends. I remember when i first emailed you about her and told you she was moving there. I wasn’t sure how you felt about me trying to introduce you to my real life friend…but you seem to have taken well with her and for that i’m happy and thankful. it makes me happy to know that she’s away from "home" and still making friends that i feel i already "know" in a way…. cheers to you (again) for making this group and having me be a part of it! hope you enjoyed your red wine!! (I know i have tonight!)

I’m looking at possibly doing another marathon and I’m trying to decide where I should go based on where my 365days friends live. How weird is that?
Mav, thanks, we will hang out very soon! i also had a great time last night! And Jim, it is not weird at all, I think that we have all made some great friends in this group, because we have all really opened ourselves up to eachother! Thanks to Jen for talking me into joining this group!!
Mav, thanks for starting this with Alex, and kind of like what Jim said, I know if I’m ever in any of several cities, I’m going to contact people I now know there to arrange a meeting over coffee at least. Or dessert, or hamburgers, or drinks, or whatever.

Congrats on starting the group. I’ve only just joined but love the concept – although I’ve just started to realise how challengingly it’ll be to think of over three hundred different ways to shoot a single subject (me)!
