It was a happier time. A simpler time. A better time. A time of joy and hope. A time when the dreams of children and adults all over the world could come true with Christmas miracles. It was this morning when our friends took me and Steph to a football game as a christmas present and we decided to go out early for a little tailgating action. The food was delicious. The weather was cooperative. It was all that one could hope for.
And then the Steelers lost.
No Virginia, there is no Santa Claus. The Baltimore Ravens killed him.
Bah Humbug!
thanks for a wonderful group. all the best. merry xmas. :o) 365 Days group Rocks!!!
Well, Happy Holidays anyway buddy. Thanks for sharing all your great photos and creativity throughout the year!
Damn ravens.
That’s like, the smallest hibachi in the world. Cuuuute! (I’m neither a camper nor a tailgater, so it doesn’t take much to amaze me) Boo about the Steelers. I was finishing up my grading for the semester and so I didn’t turn it on. I s’pose I’m glad I didn’t, now. I have to say, you look a little chilly, mav.
@sundaygray, actually, I was fine. Not that cold at all. I just like how this one picture looked with my scarf in front of my face.
As for the grills. $1.50 each at GIant Eagle. Perfect for on the go BBQ’ing.
i thought about you on sunday…and how you were probably really upset by the turn out of your beloved steelers. i didn’t watch the game but it was on at my family’s house and i caught a few glimpses of the terrible defeat…well, awesome slaughter in my opinion. oh well….at least you had a good time with friends 😉
merry christmas!
Yes, it’s true, Ray Lewis killed Santa Claus to pay back Satan for selling his soul. But, I don’t care too much, because at least we beat you!!!!
