Day 137 of 365 days.
Today was the last day of Christmas. Where yesterday was spent with family (well, Steph’s family) today was spent with friends. We got together for a Nondenominational Yuletide Winter Holiday Celebration of glogg and champagne drinking and present exchange.
If you haven’t had glogg before, I must highly recommend it. Its a Sweedish winter drink, perfect for a cold winter night after a long day when you’ve just come in from the hunt. Available at fine Ikea stores everywhere. Have your womenfolk warm a cup for you at the hearth so that its ready when you come in from the hunt. Or if you don’t go on the hunt then after a full day of raping and pillaging. You know, whatever works.

I have to work on New Year’s now, so we’re coming back on Sunday afternoon.
So, perhaps this week we can get together, you guys can come over for dinner or something. Or maybe you can meet me for a drink at my work on a night that I am not working. It is about 20 mins from here and I think about the same from you!
@shan: dinner would be cool. I still haven’t seen your house. Of course I haven’t seen the bar either. Either way.
@jen: just make sure you have vodka. The ikea glogg is just a mix. You have to add your own.
