Day 192 of 365 days.
I love when I have one of those hugely successful lazy days. Sure I slept in. But even with that, I got some culling of pictures from the photoshoot done. I talked to some job recruiters. I thought about the paper I have to write. I dealt with some unemployment paperwork. Talked to some friends. I was so busy that I didn’t even get to shower until the late afternoon.
I actually love the late afternoon shower. Its very relaxing and rejunvenating. Once I am working again, not being able to take one is going to really screw up my daily routine.
Sounds like you were incredibly unsuccessful at being lazy, actually.
I think on Sunday I actually managed to accomplish nothing whatsoever. Now that’s laziness.
P.S. At interviews, demand office with private shower.

How the hell do you take a shower photo without it being all blurry from the steam? Are my showers just too hot?
@wooble: yeah, it was a little much. I was all exhausted and stuff.
@ambrosialove: Actually, what I do is leave the door to the bathroom open and put the camera in the hallway. Then set the timer and jump in the shower. So its far enough away that it wasn’t really a problem. And even after that, I yelled for Steph to come take it away just in case.
i’m with you…i love a late afternoon shower…but first thing in the a.m. is my other choice….i just don’t like to take them at night….my hair is too long to go to bed with a wet head and i hate to dry it!!
@pi c’s: yeah, I can imagine, i don’t like to have my hair wet too long, I can’t imagine what it would be like if I had hair as long as yours.
I used to have hair as long as hers. Stays wet forever in the summertime. Not good for a feather and down pillow, either.

@pi c’s: I sort of did… my hair doesn’t old school fro out old school Jackson 5 style, its finer than that. A combination of genetics and chemicals. But I did do this shot a while ago:
