Day 224 of 365 days.
At long last we’re finished. Well, almost. Steph and I had a new carpet installed in our attic today. After over two years of living in our house, our bedroom is finally done. Well, sort of. Now that there’s carpet, the doors don’t quite fit anymore, so we need to trim them down, but the room itself is done now. So, as soon as I have free time, we can start moving things up to the attic. (I had a wrestling show this evening, and one tomorrow, so maybe on Sunday).
Today is second day in a row that Stephanie has been featured in my 365 Days, and yet I haven’t appeared in hers since Valentine’s Day. That hardly seems fair. Anyway, here we are enjoying our new carpet by laying on it. We are so adorable.
Yep, that there is another winner of a nice photo! Now get the hell off of my new carpet & out of my room! Oh wait, I forgot, Steph told me yesterday something like… you move you lose. Not those exact words, but it was along those lines.

@lrayholly: she’s right. that’s our room. Actually, I had always intended it as such. She waffled because she didn’t know how cool it was gonna turn out, but I had a pretty good idea of the design in my head from the get go.

@pi c’s: well, I’m going to be gone all day today. And actually, I tend to be pretty busy during the week. I go on a lot of job interviews, and when I’m not, I’m usually working on my paper or something. I actually keep REALLY busy for an unemployed guy. *shrug* That said, what I meant was sometime on Sunday, hopefully.

oh dear i was totally teasing you. i know how busy an "unemployed" person can be…as i am one also….though i’ve got a 24/7 job of taking care of a 2 year old….so technically not "unemployed" just "unpaid" other than hugs and kisses!

@sassyshannon999: been working on moving stuff today (and neglecting my paper, which I really shouldn’t be doing). It’s coming along. And yeah, I think she is becoming more comfortable. I think that’ a good thing.
