Day 244 of 365 days.

I was hoping to take a picture outside today while I was running errands, but it was pretty much muggy and rainy and disgusting all day, so I punted on that.

Ayway, I spent the day picking up stuff for Steph so that she can use her computer in her office to record music. She now has nice speakers, a microphone, a USB audio interface and a few other goodies. It must be great having an awesome boyfriend like me.

Still haven’t heard from the job I am waiting on. Called them on Monday and they said there are things they are trying to work out. Heard from another company yesterday, and another one today. We’ll see what happens.

I’m on the same page as Mikey, but I figured mental institution. I mean I could see that coming is all.

Ha, from the thumbnail, I thought you were behind bars. I mean I didn’t think you were actually arrested or anything, just there as a prop. AHAHAHAHAHAHA funny all the things that processed just from you thumbnail. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Ah, I’m waiting on a similar call. : (
At first I thought you had found prison bars to pose with… silly icons, always trickin me! I like the intense look and the shadows on your face contribute to that! : )

i love this photo! i think the reason i like it so much is that even though i know it’s digital it looks as if it was taken with black and white film, and i love that slightly grainy, nostalgic film feeling. ugh that’s what i get for being a photo nerd. haha great photo. love it!

@Mikey aka DaSkinnyBlackMan: I totally need to take a jail pic. That’d be great.

    @artsy_T: thank you.

@Jack Scoresby: I totally need to take a asylum pic. That’d be great.

@lrayholly: well, i did think it was nice of me… I don’t feel good about myself very often. Give me a break, you know?

@Kungfukitten: I was actually trying to cover it up even more. ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks.

@PhotoKat: I totally need to take a thrown in the hole pic. That’d be great.

@Agent Retro: the waiting sucks. and then once the waiting is over, the deciding sucks. And then the working sucks. I totally need to take a turkish prison pic. That’d be great.

@Lauren Peralta: I know what you mean. I do the same thing when i look at photos. I’m glad you like it. Thanks. I love when you comment on my pics, because I enjoy your work so much as well.

@sadandbeautiful (Sarah): thanx. I actually took it because it just seemed so classic and I hadn’t used that door yet. I kind of envisioned it being even more classic though. I guess it all gets perverted by my never smiling.

I actually thought it was a stalker/murderer shot, รก la Friday the 13th, because from the thumbnail it looks like your holding a knife above your head. : )

  12. April 13, 2007 at 10:05 am

@david_porter: hmm… you know at the time I hadn’t even realized that Friday the 13th was coming up. Maybe I’ll do something with that today. Except I already did one of thise last time.

Very nice shot. I think black and white was definitly a good choice.

Great portrait, I wouldn’t have the courage to be that original every single day. Keep up the good work!

  15. April 14, 2007 at 9:30 am

@mesh2: Thank you. I hope I hear back soon too.

@The Windowlicker: Some days its really east. Some days its really hard. Mostly it becomes automatic after a month or two. Thank you.

@MegaBee: well, I did get a letter from the government the other day, and when I opened and read it, it said they were suckas.
