The Mav/Jack Crossover (Gatefold Cover Variant)
Today is new comic day. A day when geeks all over the country flock to comic specialty shops to pick up their favorite funny books.
Little known to all non comic book readers, due to a particular leak in the subspace nexus to the Negative Zone (Dr. R. Richards, PhD & B. Allen, MS. 1985), all comic book shops in the world are actually colocated in space and time. If you know how to set the correct vibrational attunement, then you can access any shop from any other. Jack Scoresby and I utilized this feature to do a joint self portrait today.
Here you see Jack and I discussing the finer points of women in comics. Jack is telling me that he likes the Black Canary as a member of the new JLA, but feels as though she should be drawn with bigger boobs. I on the other hand am insisting that Black Canary should have a more slender and realistic figure, as kind of tomboy hot, whereas the Black Cat, now a member of Heroes For Hire, is actually more naturally defined as a sex kitten and therefore is more aptly drawn with a Pamela Andersonesque figure to the Canary’s Scarlet Johansson.
My half of the pic can be seen here. Jack’s version is here.
Thank you to Phantom of the Attic and Dragonfyre Comics for allowing us to utilize their dimensional gateway. If you’re ever in Pittsburgh or Oklahoma City, you should definitely stop in one of the shops and buy some comics.
Y’all are way too cool for school! I am so impressed! I’m going to have to leave this comment everywhere!

That is so cool!
@sadandbeautiful (Sarah): thank you. I don’t think a lot of people really got what was going on from the thumbnail though.
