Argggh…. I just noticed I’ve been numbering all of my days incorrectly since Day 247. So my “only 100 days left” post was wrong. I have even fewer than I thought. *sigh* now I have to go through and retag everything.
Steph was nice enough to accompany me to Middleofnowhere, West Virginia today for a wrestling show (yes, I believe that may have been the actual name of the town). Normally she doesn’t go to shows with me unless one of our friends is willing to go and sit out in the crowd with her. But today, I guess she took pity on me, or she was just in the mood to watch me get beat up.
After the show, we were driving home along the river and as the sun was setting I decided it was just too pretty not to pull over and take some pictures. I’ll probably use some shot of just the sunset for my Class With Dave assignment for the week, but I really wanted to include this in 365. It was just very serene and pretty. It seemed to be a fitting end to my week of drifter inspired photos.
Oh well, now back to renumbering old pics.
Damn… that is gorgeous! Sorry about you not knowing how to count, but hey this shot is absolutely beautiful 😉

a lovely serene image… and hey, I don’t know what I did with your email so drop me a note to mickeysacks at hotmail or call me later. I have a friend looking for someone to do a small graphics project (for small pay but it would be paid). I thought of you if you’re interested.
@mickeysacks: glad you like it.
ya know, middleofnowhere, WV is beautiful….and I am a strong advocate of WV…not sure why, I’m not from there….guess I just know that it’s a beautiful state and very untouched still…let’s keep it that way since there are so few left!
pretty shot….glad steph went with you, maybe like me she just needed to get out of dodge for a little roadtrippin’ !
@pi c’s: the funny thing is, the town is actually called "Middlebourne" so it’s not too far off. And yeah, there was a lot of pretty scenery along the way, but it really was the middle of nowhere and I’d never want to live there.
And I think Steph went more because I whined to her than for any needing to get out kinda reason.
