Day 294 of 365 days.
Had a job interview today. In many ways it actually gave me renewed faith in the UI design industry. It was for a full-time position (as opposed to a contract, as I normally work) and it seemed like the company was actually interested in doing what i call "good work" (yeah, technical term, I know). The people I spoke to seemed intelligent. The product is interesting. It seemed fun. It seemed stable.
Of course that pretty much assures me that I’m never going to hear from them again.
Or maybe I will, maybe they’ll call me and offer me the job and I’ll immediately be hit by bus as I cross the street, my body will land on an electrified fence, and an anvil will fall from the sky and land right on my head.
Or maybe it will all turn out ok. I’ll get the job, I’ll win the Powerball, stumble upon a cure for cancer, solve the crisis in the middle east, end world hunger and Steph and I will enter into a passionate and loving group marriage with Carmen Electra, Christina Millian and Scarlet Johannson.
Which do you think is most likely?
I’m voting for the job/lottery/cure/peace/end of famine/marriage choice (except for the extra 3 women part – even YOU don’t deserve ALL of that)!
That being said, I love this portrait!

as for the scenario….perhaps the last option sounds the best, sure you’d be a hero in all the best possibly ways…but when would you have time to work with 3 wives?!
