Day 321 of 365 days.
So back when the 365 Days project first started to get popular, I joked about how one day it would make me famous. I’ve even commented in the 365 Forums that I didn’t understand where the press was to interview me and make me famous.
Today I got that chance. I had been emailed by a reporter in Florida who wanted to do a story on the project and the group and he called me today to ask me questions about it. I of course, was totally willing because I am a Press Whore(©, Kevin Smith, 2002).
Of course, he just interviewed me a couple hours ago, and it would be some time before the article ever actually appears, but I thought it was cool enough to warrant commemerating so I faked up the paper today. Now when does CNN call?

@lrayholly: nah, really it isn’t. Its about the recognition this time. And the personal achievement. I doubt I’ll ever make a cent from 365 at all.
That’s so freakin’ cool! I am eagerly awaiting more info on when it comes out and can’t wait to read it!

and, btw, i’ve nominated YOU as next in line for the SOTTS…even though you don’t have the ransom money…it was you that started 365, signed me up to help admin it (which I’ve been a sorry excuse of an admin since about day 100 or so!) and well, I DO want to see you in the SOTTS.
There’s only two catches:
a) you MUST get Shannon in as a "gueststar" during your stint with the socks–and hell, Steph should wear them too…and if you’ve got a model during that time…why not!
b) you MUST send them to FloozeNYC AFTERWARDS –sorry no choice on this one AND finally
c) you have to do the shot and send them out within 48 hours. Can you handle all the rules I’ve laid before you? I hope so
@pi c’s: Wow… that’s all really hard. Especially the Shannon part, since I never actually see her these days. And I feel really bad about jumping in line before other people who care more than I do. I was mostly just jumping in just to do so. So if there’s other people who really want them more than me, just send them off to FloozeNYC and I’ll jump in sometime later.
Surprisingly, I actually got a Flickrmail from the same guy, he wants to use one of my photos. He emailed me late on Friday, and I emailed him back, but as of now I haven’t heard anything else. I’m guessing it’s an office hours kind of thing though. But honestly, I think it’s totally awesome, and I’m flattered and caught off guard by the fact that he wants to use one of my pictures.
And… I figure since I’m here right now, I might as well say HI to you, and thanks for starting this group. Today is my day 139, and it’s been crazy so far.
@dyannafstop: Congratulations. Actually, Greg, the photographer, told me that he was going to ask a few members whose photos he liked for permission to print them. I’m sure he’ll get back to you soon. He’s a busy guy.
