Day 328 of 365 days.
So, I probably have a job. At least for a little while. It’s not really what I want, but I think I’ll be able to do it. You know, if the soul sucking corporate machine doesn’t make me drink myself into oblivion. As of right now, its a contract and there’s a very real possibility that I’ll be unemployed again at the end of a month (this time without unemployment), but its a lot of money, which means I can take care of some bills and I’ll be able to afford to throw Jammy Jam (my annual birthday party) at the end of the month. The bad news is that I’ll have to spend the entire 3 week contract locked up in a hotel room in Boston. I don’t know what I’m going to do after that. I guess I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.
And yes, before anyone suggests it, I could probably save some money by foregoing my birthday party this year.

I am one to often throw caution to the wind, as our bank account can attest to that… personally, *I* would have the party. Though I am a bit of a hedonist (okay a major hedonist) and like things that make me feel happy, loved and that all over good feeling.
I totally understand about the job, worked in it for about three straight years and almost took my soul away (see: The Bachelor). I will keep my fingers crossed that things go well for you. : ) And, seriously, awesome photo, fantastic shadows and intense mood.
@adayinthelife: Oh… I live for hedonism. Dreams of my birthday party are about the only thing that gets me through the day lately. And thank you on the photo comments.

@pi c’s: well, I actually didn’t get that job. (See the next day) I may or may not have one at this point. Who knows? As for meeting me, well, you know you could come to jammy jam at the end of the month.
