Day 332 of 365 days.

In the interest of closure, I must report that no asteroid the size of Texas struck the planet last night.

Had a full day. Drove Steph to work so I could have her van for the day, then I went and talked to the mechanic about fixing my truck. Dunno how long that’s going to take. Don’t know how much its going to be. I hate life.

Then I was off to the Apple Store to get my laptop back. It took a hell of a long time, but I have to give Apple props for not only fixing the the drive problem, but also fixing the cracks in my case which weren’t actually under warranty, replacing the keyboard with a brand new shiny one and just generally returning the machine as clean as the day I got it. Life is ok.

Spent most of the rest of the day installing my computer except for when I was called by the previously mentioned job and asked to come in for a meeting tomorrow to discuss the contract they want me to take. I STILL don’t know who the contract is with. I hate life.

Steph and I went swimming and hottubbing tonight to relax a little after she got home. And my black eye is clearing up a bit. Maybe it will look good for tomorrow’s meeting. That’ll be fun to explain to the corporate types. "What happened to my eye? A crazy redneck pirate punched me in the face on Sunday. Oh no, its fine, he’s a good friend of mine." Life is ok.

Oh wait, I wanted to end on a hating life… hmmm… For yet another day, neither Carmen Electra, Scarlett Johannson, Grace Park, Mia Kirshnir, Kelly Rowland, Shakira, Elisha Cuthbert, Milla Kunis, Nadine Velazquez, Rhianna, Christian Millian, nor Jennifer Love Hewitt came over at any point during the day to fuck my brains out. I mean, I’m convalescing with a wrestling injury here. You’d think that between the 12 of them they’d be able to take shifts visiting me or something. You know… maybe say 3 at a time for 12 hours. I hate life.

that quite a shade of purple there.
but it doesn’t look that swollen.
get your little trusty ice pack out, and ice that baby.

i wonder if those corporate types will even notice?

Yeah, I hate it when Shakira, Elisha, and Jennifer forget to come over. The day just isn’t the same if they aren’t here.

Seen on your photo stream. (?)

@ms.Tea: Yeah, its really not that bad. Hardly even noticeable anymore if I’m not holding it open like that.

@Travelinjim: If they weren’t here, and they weren’t with you, where the hell were they?

Heh! Back to normal huh? Me too in a way… woke up this morning, did not want to get out of bed for work! Now THAT’S normal! On the plus side, somebody is making me feel happy about life in general… that’s NOT normal, but I like it 🙂

    Good luck with the truck.

And you don’t need all of those women! Wouldn’t one or two suffice? I mean, even for a greedy man!

    yep… that is normal.

I’m not greedy! Its not that one or two wouldn’t suffice. It’s more that I don’t want to monopolize anyone’s time. This way, if they share, they each have more free time to themselves. Really, its me thinking about them. I’m giving that way.
