A friend of mine has an annual Labor Day party where he hires a karaoke DJ. The last couple of years its turned into a Karaoke competition. "Karaoke Idol" he calls it.
I did some of my standards, Soul Man, Golddigger, You’ve Lost that Loving Feeling (duet with Steph) and finished the night off with one my favorites, Darling Nikki. That performance earned me second place.
Since being home I’ve been watching a great indy documentary called I am a Sex Addict. I love indy films and this one is hilarious. I highly recommend it.
