One week down, 32 years to go. Oh good god.
Actually, it really wasn’t that bad. I’m just tired. Hopefully, I’ll get used to this soon and get back into the swing of things.
In the meantime, I have the weekend to hopefully get over this cold and do my first shoot in quite a while.
Hopefully I’ll be able to breathe by then.
For me, it was just getting hired that made me sick.

and then again, about a month into the new job…

@Travelinjim: well, that’s encouraging that you got better at least.
yeah, your body apparently will build up an immunity to working in an office.
@Travelinjim: interesting. I wonder what the side effects are. 🙂
Yep, you inherited it… allergic to work. Unfortunately, we just suffer with it and plug on. Think we can get Disability for this condition?
The time passes more quickly than you can imagine. You look back one day and it’s a career. In the end, outside pursuits are far more meaningful and enduring.
I like the introspection of the shot.
@lrayholly: maybe we should do one of those NBC "The More You Know" commercials.
@DeHoll: Honestly I really don’t see this as a career. I’ve grown to more or less hate the software industry over the past several years. I just need to do it long enough to make enough money to get out. It’s a year or two out. But for now its all I have. Anyway, glad you like it.
Hi, I’m an admin for a group called Phlow EMOTES!, and we’d love to have your photo added to the group.
@striatic: added, Thank you.
