I’m catching up. I finally finished editing the Jameel and Stu pics for the Black and Light project. Tomorrow, I’ll hopefully get a few Tarot cards posted, and then I’ve got some more shooting to do this weekend.
Still don’t have a tutorial for this weeks podcast and unless I think of something tonight, or someone comes up with a suggestion really soon, I may not do one. That said, it should be a good show this week. Stephen’s daughter put together a very nice tutorial on doing clone shots which should be very informative, and we’ll be debuting the brand new 365 Days hotline, where you can call in and leave a message that could be part of the show. The number is 206-984-3717. So if you have some good feedback on the previous episodes or something fun you’d like to say, we’d love to hear from you.
Back to the Tarot cards for a moment. I’ve been thinking about doing some reorganizing on them lately. Namely with my Page of Cups. That shot was one of the earliest Tarot cards I did and I love the look of it very much, however, it has one problem, it doesn’t reallt fit my Page theme (which is girls in lingerie). So I’ve been thinking of reshooting that one with something more standard and befitting the theme. But i hate to lose that image. So should i reuse it somewhere else? Possibilities are the six of cups, which means "pleasure," and which was supposed to feature a modern equivalent of the item
I don’t know that the wine glass fits. But I hadn’t done that card yet as I don’t know what would. She could be the four of cups, which means "luxury," only I had intended to use all children for the four cards, but as I haven’t done any of those yet either, so that could always change, but I’d need a new theme for that too. Or she could stay the page. I’d definitely like opinions here. Anyone have any?
No suggestions since I really don’t know tarot cards.
But as I’m particularly fond of hand shots, I really like this one. I find myself drawn more & more to black and white photography lately.

Seen in my contacts’ photos. (?)
@lrayholly: you don’t really have to know tarot cards. In fact, I sort of prefer that people don’t. I’m looking for opinions based on what you think of what I’M doing, not so much the classic cards. That’s why I added the details of what I was thinking. So, what do you think?
nice detail…
@espressoDOM: thanks.
