Day 556 of 365 More.
It’s cold. Bitterly cold. I’ve kind had enough of it. There were rumors that it was going to be warmer this week. It now appears that was a filthy lie.
Got up early today to get to work and run a client meeting. It’s funny. I’m not a morning person. You’d think that being at work at 8am wouldn’t be too big a deal, especially since I actually went to bed early (for me) last night. But it turns out that’s incorrect. I think I could get twice as much done if I slept in and worked noon til 5 than I do getting up early and working 8 to 5. One day people will recognize my infinite wisdom.
Found out today that I’m going to Tallahassee, Florida next month on business. At first glance that sounds like it might be fun, but I’m only going to be there one night, and probably won’t have time to do anything fun at all. At least it’ll probably be warm.

We had that elusive warmth for a while today, before it began to rain like crazy and turn cold again.
I’ve done a couple of single day or overnight trips to FL. Honestly, I’ve never found them to be very enjoyable unless I’m down there for a weekend. Then again, you seem to be able to make a party out of anything, so maybe you’ll have better luck.
It was snowing here this morning and they’re calling for a little more tonight, I think! Eek! Pittsburgh winters suck……it must end soon!
