This is mostly posted for Max, but we’d love other people’s opinions too. This is the basic look of one of the characters in our new comic book "Science Ninja Action Team: Cosmic Hellcats IX" I was thinking it might add something to Chastes character (she’s our rough and tumble killer demolitions expert) to give her tiger stripe tattoos.
Wonder what people think.

I know it’s kinda catgirl cliche… but I like the stripes. I mean, what’s the point of a comic book if it doesn’t have hot girls with tattoos?
with the stripes it kinda edges into furry land though….without, I didn’t even notice the tail..
I also like the stripes.
P.S. I’m looking forward to a tuxedo-patterned catgirl :).

Ok, the stripes seem to win, and they have been included in the comic design.
@mickeysacks: yep. That’s pretty much my feeling.
@SaylaMarz: yeah, I’m not sure if it qualifies as furry or not. We don’t draw them with fur. But they’re obviously catgirls. I’m not sure where the line is.
@beststephi: oh now that would just be ridiculous. Who would want to see that? 😉
I love it. Kinda partial to the stripes myself.
Stripes are generally good, but I don’t like ’em in the face.

@Pragmagraphr: Well, I ended up keeping them. The comic is in black and white, and it helps to differentiate her from the other girls.
