I’m "waiting for the other shoe to drop." Get it? Hahah! It’s funny you see. Errm… I haven’t been sleeping much.
I’m very used to being unhappy with life. I’m used to things not going well. But lately that isn’t the case. I’m still working. The podcast is going well (btw, for those interested, the most recent episode is up). I’m more than half done with the Tarot Deck and I’ve got the comic. I even wrote a nifty little blog entry (I’d love feedback on it, so please check it out).
I finished page 17 (of 24) of the comic tonight. I have the studio for the shoot set. I have all four girls booked as well as a make-up-artist. I have all of the outfits. Max is excited about the project. The girls are all excited about the project (since it stars them, I’ve been letting them read the book as we finish pages). Several people have asked about buying a copy (and if you want one, by all means, please let me know. I still haven’t figured out how many to print yet). I’m even happy about how its turning out and I hate most stuff I create.
So why am I constantly expecting something to go wrong? That’s my nature. This can’t work out right. Something bad is going to happen. Any day now. Just watch.
That’s the way it works for me. And when things start going right, I set myself up for something bad. Just keep the good flow going and hope for the best.
All right Mr. Murphy! Stop that!

Seen in my contacts’ photos. (?)
yup I know exactly what you mean….when your used to the knocks they are hard to shake……I keep my fingers crossed that your good continues.
LOL… I just hope your shoe doesn’t drop on me… I can handle a Converse All Star… but this looks like it would knock me out.
Good things come to those who work for it… and you’re working for it my friend. You’ll see.
It’s at times like this that someone would say ‘we have no lead.’ My frequent response would be, "Don’t jinx us."
Enjoy the smoothness of the path, there is always uncertainty waiting around the bend.
@M.Gruber: honestly, I was hoping for the best. I just have a funny way of showing it.
@lrayholly: heh… it was what was on my mind. That’s what this is all about.
@disco~stu: well, it was fun while it lasted
@Stephen Poff: hopefully. I’m just hoping I don’t die from exhaustion at this point.
@DeHoll: too late…
