Day 610 of 365 More.
Ok, I was >long winded yesterday, so today is going to be quick.
I spent the entire day working on my comic book. And guess what… I’m done!
Woohoo! That’s right. Completely 100% finished. I was actually done with the regular edition last week and hopefully will be getting the shipment soon. But as soon as that was done we got to work on doing something extra. The extra special "Portfolio Edition." I’ve kinda mentioned it in passing before. Well, now you can get it at blurb. Yes, it’s a little pricey for a comic, but its’s actually only 28 pages of comic. The other half of the book is a nice portfolio of my photography of the real life Hellcats, Chaste, Amaya, Damsel and Sarah. I’m actually pretty proud of how it turned out. I can’t wait til I have my copy in my hands myself.
Beyond that, I shot the podcast with Stephen today. A good show as always, and I did something a little different. Since I hadn’t had a chance to take a photo yet, and I didn’t really have an idea, I actually took my shot live on the air, just to prove that not every shot has to be great. It’s just important to get one every day. So if you’ve ever wondered what I’m looking at when I’m on the show, here you go. It’s a little video camera and a little monitor so that I can see what’s going on. Exciting, huh?
I still haven’t gotten a chance to set things up so you can buy the non portfolio edition of the comic. But that’s coming soon too. I’ll of course link to the site when it’s available. But really, go get the nice portfolio edition. When we first came up with the idea it seemed too pricey and silly. But now that I’ve done it, I think its well worth it. Go me.

Sometimes it’s scary how we can be on the same page & not even talk to each other. I almost forgot my 365 shot yesterday (would’ve been the first & only miss) and remembered in time to take a crappy cell phone pic. But I got it done!

I love it when you two do that by accident – it cracks me up! My older son and I do that, too – it’s eerie, but fun!!
