Day 618 of 365 More.
The nice thing about being a glamour photographer is that there are days where I don’t really have a self-portrait idea, and I can simply sandwich myself between a couple hot models and presto, photo of the year.
So, Sarah asked me to take some shots of her and her friend Starr who she has recently convinced to try modeling. Had a good shoot and took this at the end. So there’ll be some non-hellcats shots up soon and even a tarot card.
Anyway, Stephen and I also reshot the podcast after I found out that my desk mic is totally shot. Only once we were done, I found that my replacement mic doesn’t have very good gain. It sounded fine when I did my test, but apparently it has to be right under my mouth (like a couple inches) in order to really pick up, so this version is quiet too. Better, but still not great. Hopefully Stephen can work with the sound on this version. Otherwise, we’ll be shooting take three tomorrow.

@spresogna: nope that one won’t work. It’s USB. I’m going to just have to use the built -in on the camera. And if that doesn’t work I just quit.

I wish I could be in Pgh as your production assistant on the podcast stuff… not that I know anything about filming and stuff, but still. *sigh* You should get an unpaid intern from Pitt or something. You know, for the amazing resume-padding that working for a podcast would bring them. oh. wait… damn.

Funny i looked through this whole very sex set and was surprised when i stumbled across the only colour one as to the model’s hair colour which I had made the assumption was brown rather than a very sexy Auben. Just shows the power of B&W photography. Fantastic set. Well done

@Y3MBailey: actually, the concept for the shoot involved all B&W. This was just an outtake for my 365 and I liked it better in color.
