Ouch!
You know, when I started this project, I figured sooner or later I was going to get busted open and that would be my picture for the day. I was sure that it would happen sooner or later in a wrestling ring.
It never occurred to me that it would take 737 days and it would be while playing tennis.
My mother and Steph are always telling me that wrestling is too dangerous and I could get hurt. Well, there you go. At least I’m trained to be a wrestler, on the tennis court I clearly have no idea what I’m doing.
I wish I had the foresight to grab my iphone and snap a picture while there was still blood all over my face. But I didn’t. I waited til I had wiped it down and was on the way to the hospital (where they superglued it shut). Oh well. Maybe next time.
tsk tsk tsk! Now just imagine if that had been a metal chair at wrestling!!!!!!! I’m glad you missed that eye! I’m glad they were able to glue you back together again (Humpty Dumpty). Now who hit you with their raquette? Did Steph finally get tired of the ‘smak’ talking? … sigh
ps. I’m GLAD you didn’t have the foresight to get the photo before you wiped down!
owie owie! Man… don’t you know tennis is a nasty bloodsport?
And I’m totally with your mom on not wanting to see your face all bloody. Seeing he cut is gruesome enough for me thank you.
Ouch! But yeah, the circumstances are not what I would have imagined.
Ew!!
@lrayholly: yep. I’m going to report her to tha authorities. 🙂
@mickeysacks: yeah, I guess it would have been kinda gruesome. But still.
@You know what Jim: yeah. Surprised me even more. 🙂
@365bunnies: sorry.
Yowch! Hope it gets better soon…
@pinkgypsysoul and @adayinthelife: it’s getting better already. Thanks.
