Another day, another photoshoot. This time with Damsel, who came over to also be a part of the supersecret project.
Shot for a couple hours and got some good stuff that obviously I’m not really ready to talk about right now, but when we were done, we decided to just play around in the studio. She looked in my model wardrobe and found a silver dress that I had in there and wanted to do something with it. Shiny silver evening dress, well, that was obvious wasn’t it?
And yeah, along with yesterday’s pic (which might not have shown up for you if you have non-worksafe images blocked), this would go back to the "i love this job" category. Jealous yet?
I want guns for photos!
Pimp indeed
Octopimpy? LOL Love it!
Coolness. I think the guns came out pretty darn good for what they are. Tho’ the way Damsel’s standing in this shot makes her legs look kinda odd.
super!! I love it!

Seen in my contacts’ photos. (?)
Pimpalicious!
It’s late. And I just got a weird phone call. So if I sound rude, it’s because I’m up when I shouldn’t be.
It’s a decent photo, but it’s ruined by the fakes.
Tell you what, stop by, and borrow the real guns from me for the photo. For those of us with that pesky hobby of collecting firearms, toy guns are too distracting.
The young lady has her finger on the trigger, and your pistol looks like it was pasted in. Or it’s a toy like the AR. At least you appear to be demonstrating trigger control, but the hotspot on the pistol makes it look fake and/or photochopped.
I suppose I sound a bit rude, but really, I’m serious about my offer, if you’re in town, you’re welcome to use actual hardware in one of your shoots.
At the very least, I could take some high-res pics which you could edit into your photos. While my arsenal is not unlimited, I bet I could supply you with some sick fire irons.
Oh, and hey, good work on the tarot.
@SaylaMarz: get some!
@Mikey aka DaSkinnyBlackMan: heh… yup yup
@mickeysacks: i think she was trying to be shorter than me. Or just grind into me. No complaints here.
@lrayholly: thanks
@Babs1696 and @Just Say K.B.: thank you.
@arcweldercarp: actually, the pistol is a BB gun. The hot spots are because of the way I process photos and intentional. Photoshopping guns into a photo would ruin it for far more people than using fake guns will. At least here on flickr. Trust me on that. That said, realism is seldom something you’re striving for in glamour photography. It’s generally enough to just get an idea across. You’d be amazed at how much "fake" stuff is in my photos (or other photographers) and how easy it is to spot if you have the eye for it.
