Day 1286 of 365 4 lyf.
Had 3 shoots today with two different models. A lot of traveling and I am completely worn out.
On a good note, one of the shoots was at a local design firm and I got to speaking with the guy who works there about job openings. Certainly nothing concrete, but it was a good looking place and I liked the attitude. That’s the second conversation I’ve had about design in the last two days that made me feel like there are people out there who actually do care about doing good work rather than office politicing and ego-stroking that’s had me hating my life the last few years. There may be hope for me yet.
This one is well lit. One big light source?
I really dig the lighting in this one as well.
shockingbird: Thanks. Two actually. Alien Bees B800s, through softboxes. Key to camera left and and fill to camera right. Each a little more than 45 degrees out. and about 7 feet up angled down. Most of the lights are off in the bar, a couple left on for ambient.
