The problem with falling this far behind is that whenever I try to catch up, I don’t remember what I was doing on that day anymore.
So ummm, I guess I was doing P90X and decided to take a pic of all the weights I was lifting. There’s a crazy exercise in it where you do all these curls with different weights right in a row. This thing is hell, but it’s definitely getting me in shape.
Last exercise on Backs and Biceps. I could barely take off my shirt to get in the shower after that one.
