sigh… since CMU students are required to be insured, I just got email telling me that they’d charged my student account $1000 and if I have qualifying insurance and want to apply for a waivery please fill out this form.

you know what would be neat? If there was some computer somewhere in the whole CMU organization that said “hey, maybe we don’t need to insure him again since HE’S ALREADY ON OUR INSURANCE!!!”
