ok, this is the dumbest dateline ever:

Woman is missing for 30 years. So the cold case detectives get the idea to make a facebook page with her picture. And “have you seen Carol” and they ask 350 people she knew to check it out and all 350 said they haven’t seen her or her from her. Plus, she never contacted them and clearly if she were out there she would have googled herself by now and found the page and realized people were looking for her. So therefore she must be dead.

Ummm…. so if you ever decide to fake your own death, then you can get away with it by not answering the facebook posts that say “hey, are you dead?”
