A few months ago, I saw a series of portrait sets by Marcos Alberti. He had people come in and drink alcohol and get progressively drunker and took a photo after every drink. I thought the idea was kind of awesome and I wanted to put my own spin on it. Last month, Theresa was nice enough to volunteer to be my first guinea pig. She brought over a bottle of rosé and the two of us split it while we hung out and I snapped photos of her. Rather than just one shot at each stage, I decided to do a collage at each step. It just felt like a better way to really capture the mood. And yes, I said we split the bottle. I’m not sure if that’s how it worked for Alberti, but this is my version, dammit.
Anyway, I’d love to know what you think. And also who’s next?
