Four of Cups - yi 1

Ok, brand new tarot cards. Well, replacement ones.

The rough thing about the Tarot Project is that since it’s taking me so long, I tend to change my mind about ideas from time to time, which in turn means it takes me even longer since I have to redo certain cards.

I’ve grown unhappy with my theme for the fours (blind) and so I’ve decided to redo all of them. I realized I didn’t have water represented, so that’s what they’re going to be now.

So I shot with Yi the other day for some zivity photos and for the tarot set and I came up with two possibiliites I kind of like for the new four of cups. So I need to know from all of you. Which one is better?

She’s giving away a "Secret prize" to her top voter by the end of the month of September, and I’ll give away an 8×10 print to the top voter on the Black and Light set by the end of the month of September. And if the top voter on Black and Light voted more than anyone else on her other sets then I’ll make it a 16×20 poster. So by all means, if you’re a zivity member go get to voting! I have a hard time finding male models. I get a lot of my female models through Model Mayhem but there just aren’t as many men there.

Luckily I know a gazillion male wrestlers. Facade was perfect for my Eight of Cups card. I asked him to do it ages ago, but we only recently got around to shooting it. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

Seven of Cups

After doing no Tarot cards for months, I got three done this week. All with new models. Kinda weird the way they go in bursts like that.

This one is Miaa and Xero. They were supposed to do a longer shoot, but Miaa wasn’t feeling well. Yet they still showed up to make sure they got the tarot card done. For that I am very thankful. Definitely have to get them back to do a longer shoot soon.

This one is staring Marybeth, who I did a big shoot with on back on Thursday. A lot more shots of her to come, but I’m actually four shoots of editing behind right now, so it may take me a while to catch up.
